“I started my career on the ground, working as a picker in a warehouse. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years designing and scaling operational models across e-commerce through leadership roles at Amazon and Vinted, work with Enjoy in Silicon Valley, and advising both startups and enterprise organisations.
Throughout that time, I’ve focused on building new propositions in complex environments, where speed to market, operational reliability, and cost efficiency are critical to success.
What that experience has shown me is that e-commerce constantly evolves and the operating models that support e-commerce have to evolve with it. The next generation of operations will be defined by how well businesses combine real-world expertise with applied technology. Advances in AI, automation, simulation, and software are creating a real opportunity to rethink how operations are designed, built, and scaled, whether you’re a startup or a global carrier.
I founded FluxShift to be part of that transition. Our focus is simple: provide the expertise and tooling needed to build operational systems that work in practice, not just in theory.
